These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FFA (Fantasy Football Analyzer) web application (the "Service"), operated by VP Krishnan ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is an invitation-only, closed pilot. Access is granted individually to approved users and may be modified, suspended, or revoked at our discretion. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
FFA provides informational fantasy-football tools: analyst-sentiment analysis derived from public YouTube content, draft and roster utilities, and AI-generated commentary. The Service is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is not betting, gambling, investment, or professional advice, and outcomes are not guaranteed.
You sign in using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information, including any mobile number you submit for alerts.
If you opt in to text alerts, you agree to receive transactional player-alert messages at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information.
The Service surfaces analysis derived from third-party sources (e.g., public YouTube channels) and relies on third-party providers (e.g., Google Cloud, Twilio). We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content or services.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Fantasy-football recommendations and sentiment are informational only and may be incomplete or incorrect.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VP Krishnan (operator of FFA) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including decisions made based on information it provides.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
