This Privacy Policy explains how VP Krishnan ("we", "us", or "our"), operator of the FFA
(Fantasy Football Analyzer) web application (the "Service"), collects, uses, and protects information
when you use the Service. FFA is an invitation-only, closed pilot: access is granted individually to
approved users.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you sign in with Google (via Firebase Authentication), we receive your email address and a unique account identifier.
Roster information. Fantasy-football roster data you enter or paste into the Service, so we can show analyst sentiment and tools for your players.
Mobile phone number (optional). If you choose to enable text-message alerts, we collect the mobile phone number you provide and a record of your opt-in.
Usage data. Standard technical logs (e.g., request timestamps, error diagnostics) generated by our hosting provider.
2. How We Use Information
To authenticate you and control access to the closed pilot.
To provide the Service's features — player sentiment, draft and roster tools, and AI chat grounded on your roster.
To send text-message alerts about players on your roster (injury, inactive, trade, and lineup-relevant news), only if you have opted in.
To operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service.
3. SMS / Text Message Program
If you opt in, FFA sends transactional player-alert text messages to the mobile number you provide.
We will not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or your text-messaging opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Consent. You must explicitly opt in within your account settings before any message is sent. You are never messaged without opting in.
Message frequency. Varies based on your roster and relevant player news; alerts are event-driven, not on a fixed schedule.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text alerts. Reply HELP for help. You may also disable alerts in your account settings.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that operate the Service on our behalf, under their respective terms and privacy policies:
Google Cloud Platform / Firebase — authentication, database, and hosting.
Twilio — delivery of text-message alerts (only your phone number and message content, only if you opt in to SMS).
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the Service.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and roster information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see Section 9). Text-messaging opt-in records are retained as required to demonstrate consent.
6. Your Choices
Opt out of text alerts at any time by replying STOP or disabling alerts in your settings.
Request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.
Sign out at any time; you may stop using the Service and request account removal.
7. Security
Access is restricted to individually approved users and protected by Google Sign-In. We use industry-standard measures provided by our cloud infrastructure to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
